Four Steps to Your First Count
- 01
Run the installer
Open CrowdSense-x64-v3.7.17.msi on the Windows PC that will watch the cameras and follow the prompts. It installs the app, a background service for each camera, and the Visual C++ runtime it needs. Administrator rights are required.

If Windows asks
SmartScreen may say the app is from a publisher it sees less often. Choose More info, check the publisher, then Run anyway. Compare the checksum below if you want to be certain the file is ours.
- 03
Ask us to activate
Open your account page from the email we sent (or start a plan if you have not yet), give the computer’s name and your cameras, and we switch the feeds on. You receive the sign-in for the app and the portal by email.

Add cameras and draw lines
Sign in to the app, add each camera by its RTSP address or let the app find ONVIF cameras, pick a profile, and draw the counting lines and zones. Numbers appear on your dashboard straight away.
Put It Where the Cameras Are
- Install on a computer on the same network as the cameras, or one that can reach their RTSP streams.
- Leave it on: it counts while it runs, and catches up the cloud when the internet returns.
- Keep each camera’s RTSP address, user name and password to hand (the camera maker’s manual lists the address).
- Mount people-counting cameras looking down at a doorway or gate; vehicle cameras looking along the road; see the angles and sizes.
Ready When You Are
