Built on a Bench. Commissioned on a Call. Run From Anywhere.

Almost everything that keeps a site reporting happens on a bench in Banyo, over the air, or on a video call with your own crew. Distance changes the travel line on the quote, not the service.

Twelve things we can do to a live site from Brisbane

Distance Changes the Travel Line on a Quote, Not the Service

A node is never configured for the first time at height. Capture logic, firmware and detection models move over the air. Faults show up in telemetry you can see as well as we can. Recovery is a sealed spare your own supervisor swaps in about ten minutes.

Design the positions

One call, plus a day to return the mock-ups

The recce runs from your drawings, the site plan and a walk on a video call. Each position is marked, the subject distance measured off the plan, the lens chosen against it and the resulting field of view mocked up and sent to you before a node is ordered.

Build and provision the node

Before it ships, every time

Every node is imaged, provisioned to your site, lens-fitted against the measured distance and run overnight on the bench at the real capture interval. It arrives asset-tagged, labelled with the site and the support number, and already knowing which site it belongs to.

Commission a position

A call on the day, then a full cycle verified overnight

Whoever mounts and powers it, our crew or yours or a local contractor, the commissioning is the same: we compare the live frame against the mock-up agreed at the recce until they match, then watch it run a full 24-hour cycle, darkness included, and verify the frames rather than the command that was accepted.

Set up and test every route

Ninety minutes, then tested at commissioning

The routing session runs on a call. Accounts, lists, thresholds and escalation windows are set from our side, then we fire a real trigger on every route until a real person confirms it reached them.

Change the capture rate or the schedule

Takes effect on the next capture

Interval, daylight window and schedule change from your own dashboard, or by us on request. A pour week at a faster interval and a quiet month at a slower one are both a setting, not a visit.

Update firmware, models and logic

Same day, with rollback available

Firmware, detection models and capture logic move over the air, staged one node at a time with a rollback if a release misbehaves. A configuration fault is fixed from a desk.

Move a position as the works move

Twenty minutes, on a call, whenever the works move

An internal camera following a fit-out is repositioned by your own crew with us on the call: we hold the new framing against the position sheet, confirm focus and coverage, and reissue the sheet. Included for the whole term, as often as the works need it.

Diagnose a fault

Continuous

Every node reports its own health: power, signal, storage, last frame and last contact. We see a gap before it becomes a missing day, and you see the same status on your phone that we see on our desk.

Recover a failed node

Same morning, by your own crew

A sealed spare, built to the identical standard, sits in your shed from day one. Your supervisor swaps it under our guidance and the record resumes the same morning. The failed unit comes back to us and the spare is replaced.

Put hands on the site when height work needs them

A technician on site within 3 business days, in regional Queensland

Pole works, EWP access and structural mounts are booked through a nominated local electrical or comms contractor, coordinated and paid by us, working to our position sheet and our commissioning checklist. It is a priced option on the quote rather than a favour: one engagement at install, one at completion, with every position commissioned on a video call. And where there is no contractor to nominate, our own crew travels, and the commitment is costed on that basis rather than on finding one.

Report on ourselves

Monthly, before your claim goes in

Frames captured against frames expected, every month, before your claim, with every gap explained and dated. If a position was down you hear it from us with the dates on it.

Answer a question about the archive

Seconds, self-served

Ask the archive a question in plain words and get the frames back, by date and position, with the weather on the same timeline. Nobody scrubs a year of footage by hand.

A deployment, end to end

From a Drawing to a Site That Reports

Seven steps. Your part is on every one of them, so there are no surprises about what we need from your crew and when.

  1. 01

    Scope on a call

Drawings, site plan, programme dates and a walk on video. Positions marked, subject distances measured off the plan, mounts chosen against the structures that exist. Your part: Half an hour on a call and the drawings you already have.

  2. 02

    Mock-ups back to you

The field of view for each position, rendered against your own plan, so the framing is agreed before anything is built. Your part: Say yes, or move a position.

  3. 03

Built and burnt in on the bench

Imaged, provisioned, lens-fitted, asset-tagged and run overnight at the real interval. The spare is built alongside it to the same standard. Your part: Nothing.

  4. 04

    Routing agreed and wired

Your departments, teams and crews mapped to routes, thresholds and escalation windows set, accounts and lists created, webhooks pointed at your systems. Your part: Ninety minutes, and the names of the people who hold each role.

  5. 05

Shipped staged, or installed by our crew

On a remote build the consignment arrives labelled position by position, insured, with the printed guide, the position sheet and the shopping list. On a managed build our crew flies in and mounts it. Your part: Book your crew for half a day, or book the induction for ours.

  6. 06

    Commissioned on a call

Live frame against the mock-up until they match, a full 24-hour cycle verified including darkness, every route fired and confirmed by a real person, the spare placed in your shed and a swap performed once under supervision. Your part: One supervisor, on a phone, for an hour.

  7. 07

Run remotely for the whole term

Capture changes, firmware, models, repositions, diagnosis and recovery, all without a visit. The monthly coverage report arrives before your claim. Your part: Read the report. Call the number when you want something changed.

What lives in your shed

The Kit That Means Distance Is Never a Wait

Placed on the day of install, and your supervisor has already performed a swap once, under supervision, before we call the site commissioned.

  • A sealed spare node

Built to the identical standard as the ones on the poles, imaged for your site, ready to swap. In your shed from the day of install.

  • The mount and lead for the spare

So a swap is a swap, and not a hunt for a bracket.

  • The printed position sheet

Every position, what it frames, at what interval, on what mount, with the photograph of the agreed framing next to it.

  • The swap card

One laminated page: power down, unclip, clip, power up, call us. Your supervisor has already done it once, under supervision, at commissioning.

  • One number

Support on Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm AEST, and the same number after hours for a site-down call.

If something breaks

One Ladder, Entered Where the Fault Decides

Every fault runs the same four steps. Severity decides where we enter, never how long you wait.

  1. 1

Automated alert · within 15 minutes

Round the clock. Raised by the monitoring, not by the client ringing us.

  2. 2

Remote diagnosis · within 4 business hours

Most faults end here, because most of what goes wrong is configuration and configuration changes over the air.

  3. 3

Guided swap, or a replacement dispatched · within 1 business day

The spare is already in the site shed. About ten minutes, sealed unit, nothing to configure on the mount.

  4. 4

Technician on site · within 3 business days

In regional Queensland. Costed on the drive, not on finding a local contractor.

Support runs Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm AEST, and the same number takes a site-down call outside them.

Two hold points

Before It Leaves the Bench. Before We Call It Done.

Both are recorded on the commissioning ITP you receive. They are the reason a remote deployment does not become a series of return visits.

Before it leaves the bench

  • Imaged and provisioned to the client site, so a node is never configured for the first time at height
  • Lens option fitted against the measured subject distance, with the resulting framing photographed
  • Run overnight on the bench at the real capture interval — not a five-minute power-up
  • Power proven for that specific position, and mount hardware matched to the substrate photographed at the recce
  • Asset-tagged and labelled with the site, the node reference and the support number
  • A second node built to the identical standard as the site spare

Before we call it done

  • Frames at interval across a full 24-hour cycle including darkness, verified against frames rather than against a command that was accepted
  • The delivered frame matches the field-of-view mock-up agreed at the recce
  • The first coverage report reconciles frames captured against frames expected, with every gap explained
  • An unassessable frame reports as "not assessable" and never as a clearance
  • Alerts tested end to end — a real trigger reached a real person on the channel they use, and that person confirmed it
  • The spare is in the shed and the site supervisor has performed a swap once, under supervision, with the card in their hand
Where hands are needed

Local Hands, Our Position Sheet, Our Checklist

Pole works, EWP access and structural mounts are booked through a nominated local electrical or comms contractor, coordinated and paid by us, working to the position sheet and the commissioning checklist we wrote for that site.

And where there is no local contractor, we travel. The commitment is a technician on site within 3 business days in regional Queensland, costed on the drive rather than on finding somebody.
