Put a Counting Camera Anywhere

Optic Nodes are CrowdSense’s own AI cameras. Strap one to a pole, a wall or a stand and get live people counts from places with no power, no network and no cameras. Detection runs on the device — footage stays on it.

Capabilities

A Camera That Does the Counting Itself

No cabling, no server room, no cloud dependency — the node watches, counts and reports on its own.

Counting happens on the camera

Each Optic Node runs its own detection at 25 frames a second. It sends counts and events to Aura OS, not video — footage never has to leave the device.

No power? No problem

Optic Nodes sleep at near-zero draw and wake in milliseconds when something moves. A set of AA batteries lasts up to two years; USB-C, PoE and solar cover constant duty.

Built for weather

IP67-rated and happy from −20°C to 50°C. Rain, dust and heat don’t stop the count.

Network where there is none

Wi-Fi where you have it, 4G where you don’t, wired where it’s fixed. Every connection is encrypted end to end.

A lens for every sightline

Choose a 51°, 88° or 137° field of view to match the gate, the queue or the whole arena.

Updates without a ladder

Push new detection models and firmware to every node remotely, with rollback if something’s not right.

Up Close

Crews Call It the Tally Lens

The unblinking eye on the ground. A 4-megapixel sensor, an AI processor and a long-life power system in a case that fits in one hand — everything it needs to watch a gate for a season.

Counts land in the same dashboards as your Sense Nodes, so one screen covers the whole site.

Mounting

Pole, Wall or Counter

Every site is different. Optic Nodes ship with mounts for the three places you’ll actually put them.

Counter-top counting for info desks, bars and pop-up stalls. No tools needed.

How It Works

Mount, Connect, Count

  1. 01

    Mount

Pick a sightline, fit the mount, power it with batteries or a cable.

  2. 02

    Connect

Join it to Wi-Fi or drop in a SIM, then pair it to Aura OS in minutes.

  3. 03

    Count

Live counts flow to the same dashboards as your Sense Nodes. Act while it matters.
