‍CrowdSense Single for desktop, CrowdSense Service for desktop, or CrowdSense Cloud for the web are referred to as "Software" below.

‍Software licenses
‍Once activated, licenses for CrowdSense Single desktop software cannot be revoked.One desktop software license can be activated on one PC only.Change of PC, motherboard, or network adapter will lead to the invalidation of the CrowdSense Single license.

‍Payments and refunds
‍All payments received for the CrowdSense Single desktop software licenses become non-refundable once the corresponding licenses are activated on users' machines.CrowdSense Service subscription can be stopped/cancelled by setting the number of channels and extra storage to zero in the billing section.

‍Trademarks
‍CrowdSense and other marks indicated on the site are trademarks of CrowdSense or its affiliates.CrowdSense graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are all trademarks or trade dress of CrowdSense or its affiliates.The Trademarks and Trade Dress may not be used by you in any way, including but not limited to use in connection with any product or service that is not provided by CrowdSense, or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits CrowdSense or its affiliates.All other trademarks not owned by CrowdSense or its affiliates that appear on the site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by CrowdSense or its affiliates.

‍Termination
‍CrowdSense may terminate your use or registration with or without cause at any time without notice to you.They reserve the right to discontinue communication if you use profanities or threats.In the event of a breach by you of these Terms of Service, termination by CrowdSense shall be in addition to and without prejudice to such rights and remedies as may be available to CrowdSense, including injunction and other equitable remedies.The disclaimer, limitations on liability, indemnity, and termination provisions of these Terms of Service shall survive the termination or expiry of these Terms of Service.

‍Dispute resolution
‍CrowdSense will do their best to resolve any controversy or dispute that you may have with them in a satisfactory manner.If they are unable to resolve any such dispute, then either party shall submit such controversy or dispute to mediation.If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, the parties shall be free to pursue any right or remedy available to them under applicable law.

‍Indemnity
‍You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrowdSense, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, customers, vendors, officers, and employees from any liability, damage, or cost (including reasonable attorneys' fees and cost) from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or your violation of any law or other right of any person or entity.

‍Registration process
‍When you submit your registration, you will create a password-protected account to access certain features or functions of this site.You agree to keep your account information and password confidential and are responsible for all activities under your account.You may not post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any other site user.One account can be used only by one person.You agree to inform CrowdSense immediately about any suspected unauthorised use of your account.CrowdSense will not be responsible for any loss to you caused by your failure to comply with these obligations.

‍CrowdSense does not intend for the site to be used by individuals under the age of 18 without the supervision of a parent or guardian 18 years of age or older.If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
