Is there not-for-profit pricing?
Yes. Registered not-for-profits, charities and community organisations are priced differently to commercial deployments, and short-run event hire is available so a single festival does not need an annual commitment. Tell us your structure and what you are running and we will price it properly.
Do you collect data about the people who attend?
No personal data. The nodes count and measure movement; they do not identify anyone, use facial recognition or collect names, faces or devices tied to a person. That matters more in community settings than almost anywhere else, and it is how the system is built.
Will this satisfy our funder?
Funders generally want a number, a method and a period. You get all three, with the method documented so an acquittal officer can see how the figure was produced. If your funder has a specific template, send it and we will map the export to it.
We only run one event a year. Is it still worth it?
Often yes, on short-term hire. A single festival that finally has a defensible attendance figure is usually the one that unlocks the next grant or the sponsor conversation.
Do we need someone technical on site?
