Get a demo

Tell us about the event, in your words

Seven short steps. A person reads them, then we demo your event, not a catalogue.

Step 1 of 7 - Who you are

1/7

This is not a qualification quiz. It tells us who should sit in the demo, and which story to lead with.

Who should we talk to?

Pick the hat you will be wearing on the call. We will lead the demo from there.

What are you running?

Tell us about the event
Does this tour or stay put?
Where do your crews work?
How do incidents get written up today?
What does the site look like?

Gates, zones, bars and activations set the node count before we ever talk price. A producer can usually answer this without opening a plan.

Your constraints

These are the questions that decide whether a deployment is easy or hard. Answering them here means we turn up with the right kit, not a second visit.

When it matters

A rehearsal or soft open we should be live for?

The build date sets when the kit has to be live and commissioned. First doors is the moment everything else counts down to.

What do you want to measure?

Pick everything that's relevant. You can refine this with our team.

Who on your team needs to know, and how fast?

Whoever you name here becomes the routing map on your account: the live board for the control room, an alert on a phone for gate crews, a debrief pack for sponsors. Leave someone off and we build without them, not around them.

Your setup
Do you have existing cameras?

Clickers, CCTV, spreadsheets, nothing formal

What do you already run?

Each one changes what we integrate with, not what we replace. Anything not listed goes in the field below.

Anything we should factor in?
What would make this a useful hour?

Plain language is better than a spec. We read this before we book the demo.

What actually gets read after the event?

Pick what a sponsor, a licensing authority or your own board reads afterwards, on top of whatever you write above. That is what the demo gets built to prove.

Where do you sit in the decision?
Do you have a site map or run of show you could send?
Where do we send the reply?

A person reads this. If you would rather talk than type the last of it, you can book a time after you send.

How should we come back to you?

We measure crowds, not people.Privacy policyCompliance
