Check the Far Paddock Without the Drive
Battery and solar nodes on gates, troughs, tanks and sheds, in places with no power and no coverage. AgriSense reports over long-range radio and 4G, and tells you when something needs a visit.
Most of the Week Is Spent Checking
On a big property, much of the job is driving out to see whether anything is wrong. Usually nothing is: the gate is shut, the trough is full, the shed is as you left it. The drive still takes the morning.
Nodes on the things you check turn the round into a list of exceptions: the gate that is open, the movement in the shed at night, the trough you want to look at. You go where you are needed.
What You Can Watch From the House
Gates and boundaries
Know when a gate is left open or a boundary is crossed, with an image, so you can see what happened before deciding to drive out.
Water points
A recent image of each trough, tank and gauge on your phone, so checking water is a look rather than a drive.
Sheds, machinery and fuel
After-hours movement alerts at sheds, fuel tanks and machinery, where theft costs most and is noticed last.
Yards and laneways
Activity and images at yards, laneways and water points, so you can see where stock are gathering.
No power, no coverage
Battery and solar nodes talk over a long-range radio mesh back to one base station with 4G or satellite, so the far corner of the property is covered too.
One view of the property
Every node on one map in the control room and the app, with alerts sent to the phones of the people who will go.
Place, Connect, Respond
- 01
Pick what you check
Gates, water, sheds and fuel: the rounds that take the most time. We plan node positions and the radio path from a property map.
- 02
Mount and leave it
Nodes go on posts, tanks and sheds, on battery and solar. One base station with 4G or satellite carries the whole property.
- 03
Go when it matters
Alerts and images on your phone. The drive happens when something needs doing.
Properties Too Big to Walk
Graziers and mixed farms
Gates, water points and yards across large properties, checked from the house.
Horticulture and orchards
Sheds, pump stations and machinery watched after hours, when theft and failures go unnoticed.
Remote infrastructure owners
Pump stations, tanks and compounds in places no network reaches.
Agricultural shows and field days
Gate counts and live crowding at events held in paddocks rather than venues.
No Names. No Faces. No Devices Tied to a Person.
Nodes are aimed at the gates, water and sheds you choose, not at the people who live and work on the property.
The nodes count and measure movement. They never identify anyone, there is no facial recognition, and no names, faces or devices are tied to a person. You get the number without collecting anything about the people it counts.
AgriSense, Answered
We have no mobile coverage on most of the property. Will it work?
Yes, that is the case it is built for. Nodes talk to each other over a long-range radio mesh and back to one base station, which reaches the internet over 4G or a satellite kit.
How are the nodes powered?
Battery, with solar where it is needed. No trenching and no power run to the paddock.
What do we see when an alert comes in?
The alert and a recent image from the node, so you can decide whether it needs a visit before you get in the ute.
Can nodes move between seasons?
Yes. Nodes are portable, so they can follow calving, harvest or whichever paddocks are in use.
