The phone in every pocket on site

Status, messages, the next job, and the occupancy of the zone you are standing in. One tap, not a radio relay.

One-tap status
Jobs as they land
Phone first
Works off-grid

If you hold the budget

Producer

You see who is actually on, not who was on the run sheet at 08:00. Coverage gaps show up before the gate opens, not in the debrief.

If you run the night

Event manager

Your people set their own status. You stop asking "where is medical" on channel 1. The phone and the radio say the same thing.

What the hardware puts on this screen

Sense and Vision nodes in the zone the person is rostered to. Occupancy, queue time and a capacity warning land on the phone they already have in their hand.

Who it is for: Stewards, security, medical, brand hosts, anyone with a radio and a job. Optimised for Phones (native + PWA).

What it actually does

Status and staffing

Available, on a job, on a break, off site. Command and Allocate see it live. No radio round-robin.

Jobs in your pocket

A job lands with the zone, the number that triggered it, and a map pin. Update it from the ground. No relay through the room.

Talk without a second radio

Messages and acknowledgements sit next to the job. The same thread is on Command and Allocate.

Shifts and the day sheet

Sign up, see who else is on, read the brief. Attendance is tracked without a clipboard at the compound.

The docs you actually need

Run of show, medical plan, radio net, site map. Offline-friendly, in the same app as the job.

Live number for this zone

Not a dashboard tour. The occupancy and queue for the place you are standing, pulled from the nodes.

A job, from number to done

  1. 01

    Check in

Status goes green. Allocate and Command see a real headcount, not a roster guess.

  2. 02

    A number moves

A Sense Node at the gate crosses a threshold. The job appears on the phones of the people who own that gate.

  3. 03

    They close it

Status, notes, done. The Board updates. Nobody has to tell the room twice.

What we will ask before we put this on your site

Plain questions. The answers change which app we mount, and where.

  1. We will ask

How many people on radio, and who owns which zone?

Crew is useless if we page everyone for Gate 3. We map the net first.

  2. We will ask

Do they already carry a phone they can install an app on?

PWA if they cannot use the store. Native if they can. We will not pretend a BYO ban is not a problem.

Straight answers

Is this the Companion App?

Companion is the insight view. Crew is the job view. Same backend. Companion watches the number. Crew is who we send when the number needs a person.

Does it work with no phone signal?

Yes, over the off-grid mesh the nodes already run. Tell us if the site is a basement, a paddock or a tunnel. That changes the kit, not the app.

Walk Crew on your site plan

Tell us who is in the room and which gates get a tablet. We will not invent a fifth radio channel.
