Step 1 of 6

Your site

The address sets travel. The programme length sets the discount. Everything else can change later.

Type the address and we work out the distance from our Banyo workshop. Travel is priced by band, not by the kilometre.

Step 2 of 6

Cameras

One position per camera. Name them for what they watch: the site wide, the gate, the fit-out. Additional cameras are cheaper than the first.

Timelapse Node 101

The whole build, every ten minutes, on solar.

$449/month hired ($420 hire + $29 data), $349 for each additional. Own it: $1,495 + $195/month.

AI Vision Node 301

Counts, detects and alerts on the device.

$549/month hired ($520 hire + $29 data), $449 for each additional. Own it: $1,895 + $245/month.

Who changes the capture rate once it is on the pole?

Every camera's interval and daily schedule can be changed remotely, from one minute to hourly. Nobody drives to site for it. Both are included.

Step 3 of 6

Weather and site sensors

Optional, and the part a camera-only vendor cannot offer. Everything here logs to the same timeline as the frames.

Step 4 of 6

Connectivity

How the data gets off site. Data is a line on the quote, per node, so you can see it.

Step 5 of 6

Who installs it, and how you pay

Same kit, same platform, three ways to have it. Your own crew can do the install with our guide and a video call.

Save the quote and send it to yourself

You get an email with a link that reopens this exact quote, and an A4 version to save as a PDF. We get the same. The link opens only for the address you enter here; you can share it with a colleague from the quote afterwards.

How the pricing works

Three numbers, all of them on the page

No bundle to unpick. Every camera, every sensor and every SIM is its own line, so you can compare it to what you pay now.

Per camera, per month

Hire, monitoring, the archive and the film are one monthly number per camera. The first camera carries the platform; every additional camera is cheaper. Longer programmes earn a discount on hire.

Per node data, on its own line

A SIM in every node, or one base station in the site office with a pooled allowance that cameras and sensors share. Either way the data is a line you can see, not a margin you cannot.

Install is a choice, not a bundle

Our crew installs and comes back at completion, or your crew mounts it from the guide and we commission it on a video call. Same kit, same platform, and the travel is priced by band so you can see it.

After you send it

A person takes it from here

  1. 01

    The quote lands twice

Once in your inbox with a link that reopens exactly this configuration, and once with us. Nothing is lost in a PDF.

  2. 02

    A person reads it

Usually the same day. If the address or the term changes the price, you hear that before anything is booked.

  3. 03

    Positions, dates, induction

A short call to fix the camera positions, the install or delivery date and what the site needs from our crew or yours.

  4. 04

    Up before the slab

Managed installs are usually on site within two weeks. Self-install kits ship staged to your account within a week.

FAQ

The questions builders ask first

Is this price real, or an estimate?

It is the price, at the rates on the page today, for the configuration you built. The only things that can move it are a site detail we could not see from here: an unusual mount, a position that needs an EWP, a site the address did not place in the right travel band. If any of that applies we say so before anything is booked, and you decide.

What does "per node data" mean?

Every camera and the weather station needs a link off site. With a SIM in every node, each one is a monthly line. With the site base station, one dual-carrier router carries them all on a pooled allowance and the per-node lines drop to zero. Sensors always ride the base station over LoRaWAN, so adding one adds the base station.

Can our own crew install it?

Yes. Pick "Hire, you install" or "Own". The kit ships staged to your account with a printed install guide, a position sheet template and the shopping list for a pole if you want to supply your own. We commission every position with you on a video call, and remote-guided repositions by your crew are included for the whole term.

What happens at the end of the programme?

On hire, we de-install and make good, and you keep the completion film, the searchable frame archive and every export. On a Design Partner purchase the kit is yours to redeploy on the next site; the platform fee follows the node, not the site.

Why is the weather station on a timelapse quote?

Because a wet-weather or high-wind delay is argued with evidence, and the evidence is stronger when the rain gauge, the gust log and the photograph are on the same timeline. The Site Weather Node logs every minute and writes the rain-day report for the claim.

Does the AI identify people?

No. Detection is presence and count: a person in an exclusion zone, a hard hat not worn, a vehicle at the gate after hours. Review frames render as anonymised silhouettes. There is no facial recognition and no biometric matching, and none of it is a safety system; it is advisory, with the frame attached.

How is this different from the camera company we already use?

A timelapse camera photographs the site. This platform also counts, detects, logs the weather and tells you what it missed, with a monthly coverage report before your progress claim. The camera is the smallest part of the difference, and the price line for it is usually lower too.
