Step 3 of 4
Who deploys it, and how you pay
Events pay a 50 % deposit on booking, which holds the dates and the kit, and the balance 14 days before the first day on site.
Step 4 of 4
Save the quote and send it to yourself
You get an email with a link that reopens this exact quote and an A4 proposal to save as a PDF. We get the same. The link opens only for the address you enter here; share it from the quote afterwards.

The questions producers ask first
What does the deposit cover?
Half the quote, paid when you book. It holds the kit and the dates and starts the crew planning. The balance is invoiced fourteen days before the first day on site. Pay online by card or bank debit, or ask for an invoice.
Do we need power or Wi-Fi at the gates?
No. Crowd nodes and counters run on battery for a festival and report over the mesh to the Site Mesh Gateway, which has its own 4G uplink and a local live view for the site office. Add a gateway when there are four or more nodes.
Is any of this a camera on people?
Crowd nodes sense anonymous Bluetooth signals and never see anyone. The gate counter looks down from above and counts shapes. The AI camera counts and classifies on the device and sends counts, not footage. Nothing identifies a person.
Can our own crew put it out?
Yes. Choose self-deploy: we stage every node to your account, ship it insured with a placement guide and labelled cases, and commission it on a video call before the gates open.
What do we get afterwards?
A post-event summary is included: attendance, peaks and dwell by zone. The Event impact report adds unique attendance, flow between zones and an economic impact estimate for the board or the funder.
