Export
- From a report’s menu, Export downloads its data as CSV (heatmaps download as a PNG image). Live crossing and occupancy numbers have no export; use their history reports instead.
- The Events page lists every event, filtered by location, camera, line or zone, time, type and class, and exports the list to CSV.
Data feeds
Each report can also be read as a JSON or CSV feed: a web address that returns its current numbers, for spreadsheets and BI tools. The Events page offers a signed CSV feed address too, which works as a web data source in Power BI or Excel. It covers events up to the end of yesterday, is rebuilt once a day, and may answer “processing” on the first request of the day; try again a minute later.
Email reports
Set a daily, weekly or monthly email of any counting report from its feeds settings, so the numbers arrive without anyone logging in.
Live view snapshots
The portal’s Live view shows a still picture from each camera, so you can check it is pointing the right way and online. It is not a video stream: the still is fetched from your PC when someone opens or refreshes it, and nothing is recorded in the cloud. Snapshots can be shared or embedded like reports, and an administrator can switch snapshot access off for a location (see Locations, feeds and your team).
